How much does it cost and when can I start?
A Social Media Health Check is $500, with payment plans also available [via OpenPay and HUMM].
Once you book, make sure you fill out the questionnaire linked in your order confirmation ASAP. Once your questionnaire is completed, we’ll have all the information we need to get started. We typically deliver your health check via email within 2 – 3 weeks, but if you’re in a big ol’ hurry, shoot us an email and we’ll see how we can help.

A Social Media Health Check includes:
- A thorough review of three social media platforms [Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest or TikTok] to add new insight and perspective to your content and strategy
- Fresh ideas on how to integrate the trends we’re seeing more broadly into your content
- An optimisations check list to help you uplift your profiles
- An overview of improvement ideas and focuses for your content strategy
It doesn’t include:
- Technical support or troubleshooting issues
- The optimisations actioned for you – we provide the recommendations but don’t touch your accounts at all
- Ongoing support or feedback
How does it work?
- After you’ve completed your purchase, you must fill out the questionnaire linked in your order confirmation email ASAP [keep an eye on your junk folders, too!]
- We review your channels and take 2-3 weeks to prepare a report
- We send your report over in PDF form, via email
Can you guarantee success?
We’re extremely confident we can give you valuable insight, but we’ll never guarantee specific results because there are too many context factors at play, and [sadly!] it just doesn’t work that way.
