How long do I have access to the course?

Once you enrol, you’ll have 12 months access to this course [or lifetime access with our $50 upgrade option]. This means you can learn at your own pace and refer back to the content whenever you need a refresher.

Booking for more than 1 person?

We need to collect each individual’s contact details so we can send them the pre-course information – like how to find us and what they need to bring, their downloads, etc. Please ensure you are buying the places individually.

Please note you’ll need to tap “My Account” at the top of the website to log out of your TDP account to create a new account for each individual user [It’s not enough to change the billing info on the fields – this will not send the information to your team mate!]. If you are struggling to work out how to book online for a group, please tap here to request payment via invoice.

Do I need to attend the training live?

No! Our Lunch n Learns are just as valuable watched on replay as they are live. You’re so welcome to purchase our trainings to watch at any time within your course access period which lasts 12 months.

Is there a course certificate

On completion of this masterclass, you’ll be able to download your course certificate inside your student dashboard. With easy online sharing of an authorised credential on LinkedIn.

What is the student dashboard and how do I access it?

If you’re new here, welcome! Or if you’re an OG who hasn’t been by for a while, we have a “courses site” which can be accessed by the “student login” button at the top of our site.

When you purchase with us for the first time our checkout will prompt you to create a password, this becomes the password you use to access the student dashboard too.

Please make sure that the email address you use at time of checkout is for the course attendee, as this becomes the registered address for the student account. Plus you don’t want the relevant course details going to the wrong person in your business [accounts people we’re looking at you, course attendee please!].
